Hatomugi Lotion Skin Conditioner
Eh, it has been a while since I
write my thoughts on anything. I know I said that a lot but I’ve been testing all
sort skincare products (I’m just lazy.) Well, today I’m going to give you my
thoughts on Hatomugi Skin Conditionder!
I read that this product is
really popular in Japan and saw some Youtubers recommend it and since my toner
at the time has run out, I purchased this from TokyoNinki at the price of RM
30.75 + RM 8 shipping.
Ingredients: Water, Dipropylene Glycol,
Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Coix Lacryma-jobi (Job’s
Tears) Seeds Extract, Styrene/ Acrylates Copolymer, Alcohol, Citric Acid, Sodium
Citrarte, Methylparaben, Propylparaben
Well, to be honest, I was excited
when I got my hands on this baby. When I tried it, I loved it. The watery
texture and how fast it absorbed and how soft my skin felt… but there’s one
major turn off. Alcohol. Ugh. Up until now, it didn’t cause me any irritation
or anything but I prefer to avoid alcohol in toners. The purpose of toner is to
rebalanced and add hydration but this has alcohol so I think it’ll ruin my skin
the long run.
I really wanted to repurchase
this babeh. You get a lot for the price and it last you for a long while but I
already mentioned the big turn off for this. If you’re not a skeptic with alcohol
in skincare, then you might like this. It doesn’t have fragrance nor colourant
which I gave it a plus but yeah, if only they remove the alcohol...
